Before you request

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged, defective, wrong, or sizing issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached (unless they arrived damaged).
  • For size/fit returns, the customer covers return shipping.
  • Approved returns receive a full refund of the product price to the original payment method.
For damaged/defective items, we may ask you to reply with photos.
